5. Check the setting with a case.
a. Push the case, with the bottom minor flaps folded, up onto the pins until the top
flap makes contact with bottom of the pinblocks.
b. Hold the forming head fully

Measure the Dimension ‘E’ against the scale.
Ensure that the case forming head is resting on the head-up latch after
pressing the
‘EMERGENCY STOP’
button.
Loosen the two yellow quick-adjust handles that clamp the forming
head assembly to the driverods.
Move the drive rods to achieve the required Dimension ‘E’ setting using
the handle provided.
Retighten the handles securely.
Check the setting with a case.
