Analysis Description Calculation basis
– A replenishment exists if the nominal stock level is rea-
ched or exceeded after material placement.
– The replenishment time is the time from when the
stock was below the nominal stock level (= re-order
or safety stock level) until replenishment. The reple-
nishment time can only be analysed if both the with-
drawal that led to the stock falling below the
nominal level and the replenishment are in the ana-
lysis period.
– The analysis displays the average of all replenishment
times in the analysis period.
Column Stock-out Total (h) :
– Time in which there were no bins in the location.
Column Stock-out (qty) :
– Number of status changes from one or more bins to
no bins in the location.
Placement Error All placement
errors in the selec-
ted period For each placement error, the available information is
displayed.
The following placement errors are possible:
– Placement in an incorrect location after a part num-
ber was scanned.
– Material Replenishment carried out without scan.
– Material Replenishment carried out while SmartBox
not operational.
– Material Replenishment could not be booked
because there already is a booking with a newer
time stamp.
1. In the toolbar, click Analysis and select the analysis you want.
The print preview of the analysis appears.
Connection interruptions are not taken into consideration in the analyses. For the ana-
lyses, during an interruption the location has the same status as before the interruption. A
status that has changed in the meantime is recorded as soon as location data is recei-
ved again.
The following connection interruptions are possible:
– Wireless interruption
– Sensor/bus cabling interruption
– Interruption of TCP/IP connection to transceiver
– Loss of power on the SmartBox/transceiver
– Server service not started
– Connection error to database
