Analysis Description Calculation basis
– The percentage indicates how long the location had
the corresponding status with this material in the ana-
lysis period. Percentage =
Length of time of location
in status / Duration of analysis period
– If no stock limit was defined for a location/material in
the entire analysis period, the value is empty.
– The total of the values is <100%, if the loca-
tion/material was not defined until after the analysis
period started, or was deleted before the end of the
analysis period.
– Rounding:
– The values are rounded to the first decimal place.
– If the value is >0 and <0.1%, it is rounded to 0.1%.
– If the sum equals more than 100%, the percentage
of the nominal stock level is reduced.
– If the nominal stock level falls to below 0.1% as a
result, the highest percentage in the row is redu-
ced instead.
Column Total Average :
– The calculated total average ignores empty values
(= stock limit that is not defined). The sum of the total
averages can therefore be more than 100%.

The average per flow-rack is calculated from Total of
values per location / Number of locations
If no stock limit is defined for a location, 0% is used as the
value.
The total average is not weighted by the number of

Total average = Sum per status / Number of flow-racks
Only locations that currently have an assignment to the
flow-rack are analysed.
Deleted locations are not analysed. Therefore the
values can differ from those in report
