Description

If placement in a flow-rack was incorrect:

– The SmartBox emits an acoustic signal.
– The SmartBox expects a confirmation from the user

that the placement error has been rectified.

To use the booking confirmation, the transceiver via which the SmartBox communicates
must have a suitable firmware version.

If the transceiver does not have a suitable firmware version, a message to this effect
appears after you click

Save

. In this case, commissioning of the SmartBox must be ter-

minated and the firmware of the transceiver updated. Configuration of the SmartBox
can then continue.

The configuration is transferred to the SmartBox.

Connect the SmartBox and transceiver.

4.1.3 Connecting the SmartBox and transceiver

Connect the SmartBox to the bus cable of the SensorBox.

Connect the SmartBox to the power supply.

Connect the transceiver to the power supply.

Connect the transceiver to the network.

WERMA-StockSAVER checks the connection to all WERMA-StockSAVER devices.
