Krautkrämer USM 100

Color Ruler

You can switch on the color ruler at the right edge of the
data matrix.

The color scale serves as additional information and
shows with different colors in which range a measured
value lies. The same color ruler applies to all cells of the
data matrix.

During the recording of measured values, the range of
the color scale can change. This range is automatically
calculated from the following factors:

●

maximum display range of the A-scans of all cells
with recorded values

●

display range of the current A-scan

●

end of gate A

●

end of gate B

The end of the gate results from the gate start and the
gate width.

The color ruler is adjusted when one of the above fac-
tors changes. This may result in a change of the as-
signed color, but it is always synchronous with the color
ruler visible at the right edge of the data matrix.
