Checking mixers, heat pump and cylinder heating
Checking the mixer and heat pump
1. Start the test program:
Menu item
& " Device settings "
& " Contractor level "
& " Commissioning "
& " Compressor "
2. Start the compressor by pressing
"
ON ".
Note
The compressor will start automati-
cally after expiry of 250 s test.
3. Check the following temperatures
and record them in the service
report from page 190:
& The temperature at " DHW cylin-
der top " must remain constant
(tolerance: ±1 K).
Otherwise:
–
Check whether the mixer is cor-
rectly adjusted
–
Check the electrical mixer con-
nections (see page 183)
–
Replace the mixer, if required
& The temperature at " Secondary
flow " must rise (observe a rise
up to approx. 30 °C).
Otherwise:
–
Check the primary pump
–
Check the electrical connec-
tions of the components con-
cerned
–
Check the casing temperature
of the heat pump compressor
(see page 111).
&
The spread between the second-
ary flow and the secondary return
must be 6 to 8 K.
Otherwise, match the stage of
the secondary pump to require-
ments.
Checking the cylinder heating by the heat pump
1. Set the " Heating/DHW " mixer for
cylinder heating with key " 100% " to
" 100% ".
