To be done before spreading

Test the left and right
spreading patterns
The left and right spreading discs must spread the same volumes of
fertiliser to ensure good distribution. Check this every year!

NDICATION
This test describes a working width of 18 meters. You are of course
free to run the test for a different working width. Divide the buckets at
equal distances along the working width.
Operation

Switch the tractor off and remove the key from the ignition and
engage the parking brake of the tractor.

Disconnect the left spreading disc by sliding the connector to he
left. Secure the connector with a lock clip.

Set the dosing unit of the left spreading disc to 0+0.

Find the fertiliser type with the correct discharge position in the
spreading chart to spread over 18 metres and set the lever
accordingly.

Set the dosing setting of the right spreading disc so that spreading
would be done at the desired driving speed with an application rate
of at least 250 kg/ha. We recommend that you select a low driving
speed.

Mount the vane combination given in the appropriate spreading
chart.

Check the height of the spreader
(height of the spreading disc = 75
cm above the troughs).
