Commands 

a change is detected, the reader generates an input status change message and treats 
it as a tag ID.  If the auxiliary information option is enabled, the input status field 
displays the current input values.  The values for

 specify report options as follows:

90   Load Program Block 

Command 90 transfers one Intel hex data record from an external host to the reader 
flash memory.  This command loads an entire program file into reader memory, one 
block at a time.  The flash memory must have been previously erased (command 96). 

The reader must be operating in download mode (command 05) before it will accept 
the load program block command (command 90).  Refer to the
