Slot Offset X

Distance from Tray Holder Zero Point to Slot in X-axis 
direction. 

Used for Trays which are larger than the footprint of the 
Slot, (Oversize). 
This parameter is for example used for the Tray Type R60. 
Value = -13.5 mm.

Slot Offset Y

Distance from Tray Holder Zero Point to Slot in Y-axis 
direction.

Used for Trays which are larger than the footprint of the 
Slot, (Oversize). 
This parameter is for example used for the Tray Type R60. 
Value = -13.5 mm.

Slot Offset Z

Distance from Tray Holder Zero Point to Slot in Z-axis 
direction.

Used for Trays which are larger than the footprint of the 
Slot, (Oversize).
This parameter is for example used for the Tray Type R60. 
Value = -3.8 mm.

Slot Span

Number of the Tray installed on the Tray Holder.

Examples

: Tray 60: Slot Span 1. Tray 54: Slot Span 3.

Note

: A Tray Type with a 

Slot Span >1

 has to be positioned 

in Slot 1. The Rack does 

span

 from Slot 1 to Slot 2 to Slot 3.

Total Column Length X

Defines the total length of the Column (X-axis). Distance 
from center to center of cavity is measured. Unit: mm.

Total Row Length Y

Defines the total length of the Row (Y-axis). Distance from 
center to center of cavity is measured. Unit: mm.

Uses Adapter

Select this parameter when an Adapter is used to compensate 
for vial height. The adapter installed plus the vial height 
must not exceed the total height of a 20 mL vial.

Example

: 10 mL vial plus corresponding adapter must be 

equal to the height of a 20 mL vial.
