Selecting the pull-up menu

Options

opens up the following tasks. See

Z-axis motor

Actual Position. Read only for information.

Tool Control

Shows which tool type is assigned and whether it is mounted
in the TriPlus RSH Head. Read only for information.

Description

Calibrate Motors

Calibrates the motors. This task might be necessary after a
motor has been disconnected. This is a recovery feature.

For further details see

“Service Menu Item”

Teach Home Position

Allows a Home Position of the head to be defined, which
can be at any X-, Y-, or Z-position.

Home RSH Head

Moves the TriPlus RSH Head to

Home

position and

references all axes.

Disable RSH Head

All axes are electrically isolated, enabling the operator to
move the axes manually.

Enable RSH Head

The axes (motors) are reconnected to mains again.

Move to Home

Moves the TriPlus RSH Head back to

Home

position,

without referencing the axes.

Select Tool Utility

Visible only when TR Station
is installed

Picks the tool from the TR Station.

Purge Syringe

Visible only when HS Tool or
ITEX Tool is installed

The gas purge valve, used for example for cleaning the
headspace syringe, is manually activated. Can be used to
check the functionality of the purge valve.

ATC Tool

Visible only if ATC Station is
installed

Provides the possibility to change a tool on demand.
If this task is activated, a window opens for the tool; select
the required tool, and press

Run

.

The RSH Head moves to an open Slot (starting with Slot1,
if occupied it moves to Slot 2 or 3), ejects the tool, and
moves to the Slot where the required tool is parked.
The new tool will be mounted, and the TriPlus RSH will be
ready for the next application.
