Thermo Scientific

TriPlus RSH User Guide

Upon starting the wizard, the TriPlus RSH automatically turns off the current to enable a
manual movement of the TriPlus RSH Head.

5. In case the calibration step is activated with an installed tool, the system dialog will ask

you to move the head first to an empty slot, and

Eject

the tool first.

When Step 4 has been successfully completed, press

Next

to continue to step 5 to

calibrate the coupling.

6. In Step 6, the Sensor of the

Plunger motor

is calibrated. When finished, press

Next

continue.

Note

Please note that the TriPlus RSH Head has to be positioned such that the

receiving holes of the

Z-Slider

are above the

Coupling Pivots

of the tool but they

must not be engaged.

Note

When the tool ejection has been completed, the tool is not installed in the head

of the TriPlus RSH. Continuing with

Calibrate Motors

, in the Installation Wizard

will detect that the tool is not mounted, and will adapt to this situation accordingly.
