Set the B TRIGGER SOURCE switch to RUNS

AFTER DLV.

Apply the signal to either vertical-channel input

connector and set the VE R TIC A L MODE switch to display

the channel used.

Set the appropriate VO LTS/DIV switch to produce a

display o f approximately 5 divisions in amplitude and

center the display.

Set the A SEC/DIV switch to a sweep speed which

displays at least one complete waveform cycle.

Select the A INTEN HORIZ MODE and adjust the

B DELAY TIME POSITION control to position the

intensified zone to the portion o f the display to be mag

nified (see Figure 22A).

Set the B SEC/DIV switch to a setting which inten

sifies the fu ll portion o f the A trace to be magnified. The

intensified zone w ill be displayed as the B trace. The start

o f the intensified zone remains as previously positioned

in step
