(COUPLING Switch—Determines the method used to
couple the trigger signal to the input o f the trigger
circu it.
AC—Signals above 20 Hz are capacitively coupled,
blocking any dc components o f the signal. Signals
below 20 Hz are attenuated.
LF REJ—Signals are capacitively coupled. The
dc component is blocked, and signals below
approximately
50 kHz are attenuated. This
position is useful for providing a stable display o f
the high-frequency components o f a complex
waveform.
HF REJ—Signals are capacitively coupled. The
dc component is blocked, and signals below
approximately 20 Hz and above approximately
50 kHz are attenuated. This position is useful for
providing a stable display o f the low-frequency
components o f a complex waveform.
DC—A ll components o f the signal are coupled to
the A Trigger circuitry. This position is useful for
displaying low-frequency or low-repetition-rate
signals.
