Randzoneneinstellung mit dem Tribord
In der Grundausstattung befindet sich das TRIBORD auf der
rechten Seite der Maschine. Mit dem STEUERSET ISOBUS
kann die Option TRIBORD für die linke Seite hinzugefügt
werden.
- Streubreite mit den Überlappungskästen sorgfältig
einstellen.

RIBORD
Die Erklärungen gelten sowohl für den Einsatz mit dem
rechten als auch mit dem linken TRIBORD. Die Schemas und
Zeichnungen beziehen sich auf den Einsatz mit dem rechten
TRIBORD.
Vor der ersten Benutzung müssen Sie das Tribordblatt 1
auswählen, das am besten an ihre Arbeitsbreite angepasst
ist (siehe Tabelle auf der linken Seite).
Präsentation
Mit dem Tribord haben Sie die Wahl zwischen zwei
Grenzstreuungsarten.
Entweder : - die umweltoptimierte Grenzstreuung beachtet
die Norm EN 13739
- Ertragsoptimierte Grenzstreuung.
Das Grenzstreusystem erfordert eine 12 V Gleichstrom-Ver-
sorgung (Cobo-Stecker)
Der Stromstecker funktioniert mit einer 7,5 A-Sicherung

Anmerkung :
Bei der Positionsänderung der Zuführorgane (Bewegung des
elektrischen Auslösers), eine der drei Dioden blinkt.
Bei Störungen blinken alle drei Dioden gleichzeitig und
schnell.
Die Vorrichtung erlaubt das Rückstellen auf die manuelle
Steuerung der Grenzstreuung.
Sie können mit manueller Steuerung weiter arbeiten, wenn
sich eine Störung des Auslösers oder des elektrischen Sys-
tems an der Maschine oder am Schlepper ereignen sollte.
Dazu müssen Sie die Pleuelstange zwischen Auslöser und
den Zuführorganen abbauen und die Zuführorgane mit
Hilfe eines Betastifts mit Ø 4 in der gewünschten Position
feststellen.
Im Fall einer ECONOV Maschine ändert sich der Hub des
TRIBORD-Stellventils je nach Düngerart.
Bei einem kompakten Düngemitteln wie Kalidünger öffnet
sich der Kolben des TRIBORD Stellventils beispielsweise
langsamer als bei einem rund- und großkörnigen Granulat-
dünger wie „Ammonitrat 33.5 HD“.

Border setting with the tribord
As standard the machine is fitted with TRIBORD on the right
hand side. With the ISOBUS control KIT the TRIBORD may be
added as an option for the left-hand side;
- Correctly adjust your working width using the overlap trays.

RIBORD BORDER SPREADING
The explanations are indicated for use with the right-hand
or left-hand side TRIBORD. The diagrams and drawings are
given for use with the right-hand side TRIBORD.
Before the first use, select the most suitable tribord vane 1
for your working width - see chart on left-hand page.
Introduction
The tribord border control device lets you perform two types
of border spreading operation:
- border spreading optimised for the environment
complies with the EN 13739 norm
- maximum-yield border spreading
The border system requires a 12V DC power supply (cobo
type socket)
The power outlet contains a 7.5 A fuse.

Note :
When you change the position of the chute (movement of
the electrical actuator), one of the three diodes will flash
If there is a problem, all three will flash together apidly.
The device lets you revert to a manual “border” setting.
You can continue working in manual mode if a problem oc-
curs with the machine’s or tractor’s actuator or electronics.
To do this, remove the connecting rod between the actuator
and the chute and lock the chute in the required position
using Ø 4 hair pin.
With an ECONOV machine, the trajectory of the TRIBORD
actuator varies depending on the type of fertilizer.
For example, with a compacted type fertiliser like “Chloride”
the exit of the TRIBORD cylinder rod is less that that com-
pared with a fertiliser of the round, large pellet type such as
“ammonitrate 33.5 HD”.
