Nynja Build manual 1.4d

24 Fairings

All fairings are supplied as trimmed from the mould and will require edges sanding
smooth and even.

24.1 Lower Fin Fairing

Figure 346 lower fin fairing

a) Sand the inside of the fairing at the rear where it slips over the fin leading

edge tube.

This will help ensure a smooth non abrasive surface where the two

meet. Additionally apply some clear protective tape over the fin in the
contact area.

b) Secure the fairing to the fuselage using aluminium white 4mm rivets.

c) The edges can be taped over with white self adhesive vinyl tape if desired.
