c)  Use  the  black  4mm  plastic  screws  and  black  plastic  dome  nuts  to  secure  to 

the glassfibre fairings. 

Before  any  fixing  the  windows  will  need  carefully  cutting  and  dressing  to  fit. 
Clecos/ skinpins very useful during the fitting / fixing process. 

To  ensure  accurate  sizing  and  positioning  of  the  holes  for  the  flap  rods,  a 
useful  technique  is,  with  wings  fitted  and  flaps  connected,  to  make  a  card 
template which can be taped into position and hole cut and finessed to match 
travel of flap rod when flaps are extended. Mark the position of the template, 
and then with lexan finally fitted to the fuselage the template can be overlaid 
and positioned to the reference marks, and hole marked and cut in the lexan. 

d)  On the side the windows  will need carefully marking and cutting to fit around 

the brackets on the end of the TU2 upper fuselage tubes. 

A dremel cutting wheel and sanding drum makes light work of this.
