Cause
Troubleshooting
ERROR
1.Low input voltage.
2.The reset function “RES” is on.
3.Bad connection between the control
panel and main body.
4.Internal circuit malfunction.
5. CPU error.
6. Abnormal insulation of load to ground.
1.Use a better power supply.
2.Shut off “RES”.
3.Ensure the keypad is connected firmly.
4.Replace the inverter.
5.Restart the inverter.
6. Check the insulation of the motor cable
and the three-phase winding of the motor.
OC0
Over-current
when stop
The output current is two times larger
than the rated current of the inverter or
the motor is short.
Inverter may be interfered by external
electromagnetic noise, please improve the
wiring and restart the inverter. If the alarm
repeated, send the unit back to the dealer or
the manufacturer to repair.(Note1)
OC1
Over-current
during
acceleration
1.When there is a sudden speed change,
extend the acceleration or deceleration time.
2.Avoid sudden increase of load.
3.Check Terminals U/T1, V/T2 and W/T3 for
short circuit.
(Note1)
OC2
Over-current at
constant speed
OC3
Over-current
during
deceleration
OV0
Over-voltage
when stop
1. The voltage between terminals
(+ / P)-(-/ N) is too high.
2. The external power supply line has
large power equipment start and stop
affecting the power grid surge.
Check if the power supply is functioning
properly. (Note1)
OV1
Over-voltage
during
acceleration
1. When there is a sudden speed change,
extend the acceleration or deceleration time.
2. Check the insulation of the motor to
ground.
3. Improve the power supply quality.(It is
recommended to install an input reactor)
(Note1)
OV2
Over-voltage at
constant speed
OV3
Over-voltage
during
deceleration
THT
IGBT module
Overheat
1. IGBT module thermal relay actuate.
(overload warning)
2. 01-03 (P.3) setting does not match the
rated frequency of the motor.
3. Insufficient input power voltage causes
inverter output capacity reduced.
4.The three phase input connection of the
motor is incorrect.
1. Avoid overloading the inverter in long
term.
2. Recheck 01-03 (P.3) and motor rated
frequency setting.
3. Check the grid voltage.
4. Check whether the motor connection (Y /
△) is consistent with the motor nameplate.
5. Confirm whether the carrier frequency
00-11 (P.72) is set too large.(Note 1)
THN
Motor
Overheated
Thermal relay actuate.
1.Check if the 06-00 (P. 9) value matches
the motor (check
rated current on motor
nameplate)
2.Reduce the load
OHT
External
Overheat
External thermal relay actuate.
1.Check if the thermal relay used matches
the motor
2.Reduce the load
3. Check if the external IO signal is not
connected or dropped
