LISST-100X User’s Guide

with time moving from left to right.



The lower portion of the display shows the time history

of some of the Auxiliary parameters. This can be
useful for determining when the instrument came out
of the water, when a particular profile was started, or
for determining what range of the datafile to process.
To change which Auxiliary parameters are displayed,
choose

Auxiliary Parameter Display

from the

Options

menu.



Note that only 400 samples of the Auxiliary

Parameters are displayed at a time. Use the Next and
Previous buttons to move through the complete
datafile. The triangles on the lower edge of the upper
display will indicate where in the complete datafile the
currently displayed section is located.



The vertical cursor on the lower plot can be moved by

clicking the mouse at the desired location.

Additional

information

is stored in the processed

datafile. The Auxiliary parameter window displays
these values for the current sample pointed to by the
vertical cursor. They will update as the cursor is
moved. Selecting the Show Auxiliary Parameter
Frame from the DataFrames menu opens the window.
