In the case of shaft encoders with hollow shafts, special attention
must be paid to the accurate installation of the torque support.
3.2.3.4.2 Points to be taken into account for the shaft encoder with hollow shaft
Do not exert any force on the hollow shaft or torque support of
the encoder. The hollow shaft and torque support should be
able to be installed without having to use force. If this is not
possible, please check the parts and rework them.
Impacts, e.g. with a hammer or similar tools, to the hollow
shaft or torque support of the shaft encoder will damage /
destroy the measuring system.
The guarantee does not cover such damages!
