3.2.2.3 Installation of the product sensor
The REA Jet HR print head and stripper plate are designed so that a corresponding product sensor
with a fastening bracket can be mounted directly on the print head.
The print head has two M3 threaded holes on each of the two sides (in the housing and
the lid) to which an assembly bracket can be fastened to accommodate a product
sensor.
The stripper plate on the inlet side is equipped with an opening for the product sensor
(as jet opening). Due to the symmetrical design of the stripper plate, it can be turned so
that the product always passes the product sensor first.

The print resolution can take place optionally by means of the digital inputs. REA JET HR
pro
2K/4K. This enables the use of external product sensors or print resolutions via an overriding
control (e.g. an SPS).
