Track Limit Autopilot; this value activates an alert if the adjusted
value exceeds a track limit (stb or pt) - active in Course Control
mode only.
Value range: 10 m to 2000 m, (in increments of 1 m).

position (according to section 2.3.5.5) is exceeded.
Value range: 0 m to 9999 m, (in increments of 1 m) (if configured).
