Usage:
Query only
DIAGnostic:HUMS:SW?
Queries information about the installed software on the instrument. Depending on the
set data format, the queried data is either displayed in
XML
or
JSON
format. For more
information about setting the data format, see

For each installed software package it returns the following infor-
mation as block data in a comma-separated list:
