When installing with recommended installation jig (Misumi SHMPS12)

1

Place the sensor head between the 2 parts of the recommended installation jig (Misumi SHMPS12 

series).

2

Fix it by tightening the M4 fixing screws.

Tightening torque: 1.2 N · m

Fix the recommended jig within the shaded area in the figure below.

Prepare screws, as they are not supplied with Misumi installation jigs.
