Installation and connection
of cooling lines
IMPORTANT: Do not make the
connections using normal hydraulic
pipes that could contain residues of
ÀDVKLQJGLUWRUZDWHUDQGWKDWFRXOG
damage the parts inside the unit
and interfere with proper operation.
Use only special copper pipes for
cooling, that are supplied clean
and sealed at the ends.
After cutting the proper lengths,
seal the ends immediately on the
roll and cut piece.
P i p e s f o r r e f r i g e r a t i o n w i t h
preinsulation can also be used.
Use only pipes with diameters that
correspond to the measurements
indicated in the table in par.
TECHNICAL FEATURES.
- Plan the route of the pipeline so as
to reduce the length and number
of bends as much as possible for
best performance of the system.

standard length and maximum
allowance length is base of

WICHTIG: Für den Anschluss
dürfen keine normalen Wasserrohre
verwendet werden, da in diesen

Wasser vorhanden sein können,
d i e d i e K o m p o n e n t e n d e r
Einheiten beschädigen und deren
einwandfreie Funktionsweise

F ü r d i e K ü h l u n g s i n d
ausschließlich Kupferrohre zu
verwenden, die vollkommen
s a u b e r u n d a n d e n E n d e n
versiegelt geliefert werden.
Nach dem Zuschnitt sind die Enden
der Rolle und des zugeschnittenen
Rohrs sofort zu versiegeln.
Für die Kühlung können auch bereits
isolierte Kupferrohre verwendet
werden.
Es dürfen ausschließlich Rohre
mit den in der Tabelle in Abschnitt

a u f g e f ü h r t e n D u r c h m e s s e r n
verwendet werden.
- Die Rohre sind so zu verlegen,
dass ihre Länge auf ein Minimum
reduziert wird. Die Krümmer
der Rohre müssen so konzipiert
s e i n , d a s s e i n e o p t i m a l e
Funktionsweise der Anlage
gewährleistet wird.
Achtung: Der Kondensator
basiert auf der Standardlänge
und auf der maximal zulässigen
Länge. Es sind Ölsammler für 5 - 7
Meter zu installieren (Abb. 18).
