3-11. IO/Local
This is Key to use Remote Interface, setting RS-232C, GPIB.
To use Remote Interface, a setting must be done first.
When the product is released, it is selected in GPIB Protocol,
Channel 1(P) Address Number 5, Channel 2 (P2) Address is Number 6.
Communication setting can be set-up only in Front Panel.
▌Description set in IO/Local will be saved fixed memory, they will not be changed
even the power is OFF.
▌During Remote InterfaceRemote, RMT Lamp will be lighted and control of power supply
will be Remote device first.
▌To change the control to the product, please end Remote Interface and Press I/O
LOCAL KEY. RMT Lamp will light-out and users will be able to control by front panel key.
When it is not working even RMT lamp is off, there may be possibility that it is in
KEY LOCK system. Please Unlock the KEY LOCK System!
GPIB Set-Up
Users are able to control 15 products including PC, and communication speed is fast
maximize production which could make best-solution in industries.
Follow the sequence below for GPIB Set-up.
▌Power Switch ON
Check whether "**OUTPUT OFF**" is displayed after Power ON.
▌Press I/O LOCAL Key to Set-up GPIB.
LCD Display Description
I/O> 1.GPIB ADR
can be different by condition.
▌RS232C or GPIB will be Displayed by previous condition.
Use cursor key to select "1.GPIB ADR", and press I/O LOCAL Key.
LCD Display Description
>ADDRESS NO. 5
can be different by condition.
▌GPIB Address is Number 1~30 selectable, PC Interface and GPIB Address
should be the same.
Rotate encoder for setting and saving Address. To save, press I/O Local Key.
