Holiday Schedule (on Tenant basis)
Holiday Schedule is specified by the following combination.

When an ACD call terminates to a system, the system handles the ACD incoming call in accordance with
the call processing pattern. For example, the ACD call is routed to the predetermined holiday announce-
ment in the specific time.
