12. CFT that belongs to the monitored agent is used for monitoring.
13. If FCCS Link Block or IP PAD Link Block is encountered while establishing monitor (SCF6), the following
error code will be returned to ACDP.
14. When the supervisory position is an IP terminal, after attempting monitoring, the supervisory position is called
and the agent to be monitored will ring. If IP PAD Link Block occurs when the agent attempts to answer the
call, the call cannot be established and the ringing continues. When any idle IP PAD trunk is available, the agent
can answer the call at subsequent monitoring attempt. Ringing can be stopped by pressing the following key
twice.
15. If IP PAD Link Block is encountered when a supervisory position attempting override on an ACD call, an error
code will be returned. The override attempt will be retried in the ACDP.
16. IP PAD requires the following firmware for this feature: SW439-IPPAD PROGRAM-D, Issue 6 or higher.
17. In the case of Single-Path Monitor Connection, when starting or stopping the Monitor feature, silence occurs
for a moment because the speech path is reestablished.
18. When starting or stopping the Monitor feature, silence occurs for a moment because the voice path is reestab-
lished.
19. When one of the following parties uses an IP device, loudness level according to IP PAD data may change on
the ACD call monitored by supervisor. (Because the voice path is reestablished.) Adjust the loudness level of
