M-89A MONITOR ME - ACD

PROGRAMMING

STEP 1: AOKC - Define the meaning of OAI key codes (AKYD, FKY 34 through 47).

KEY -CODE = 8 (FKY 41 in AKYD)
F -KIND = 2 (Terminal Multi Information Transfer Facility: TMF)
OP -CODE = 254 (Assistance)

STEP 2: ACDSPL - Assign the ACD line's number of the supervisory position as the assistance call's destination

and the service activated with ASSIST key.
ASIST:ACD line of the supervisory position
RMON: 1 (Monitor Me)

STEP 3: AKYD - Apply "ASSIST" key to the function key.

KYN =7 (as an example)
KYI =1
FKY =41 (ASSIST)

Note:

Before assigning the following data, make sure in advance that the monitor function is disabled. If the of-
fice data is changed while monitoring, the speech path cannot be reestablished normally, which may causes
a silence on a call related with the monitoring, or a warning tone.

STEP 4: ASYDL, INDEX 867, Bit 3: Improvement for SCF6 request for Monitor Connection)

This data is required when Monitor Function via P2P-FCCS is used. Set this bit as follows:
Bit 3 = 1

STEP 5: ASYDL/ASYDN - INDEX 869, Bit 6: Monitor Function for IP terminals

Note

This data is required when Monitor function for IP devices is used.
Bit 6 = 1: Monitor function for Legacy, DtermIP, SP20, SP30 is available in the connection that involves
IP devices. (Bit 6 = 0: Not available)

Note:

When Peer-to-Peer FCCS is used, be sure to assign this data to all nodes in the FCCS network.

STEP 6: ASYDL/ASYDN - INDEX 869, Bit 7: Monitor Function for DtermIP-LAN

This data is required when Monitor function for IP devices is used.
Bit 7 = 0/1: Multi-path Connection/Single-path Connection

Note:

To transfer a call to trunk in other node requires the system data [ASYDL - SYS1, INDEX876, Bit0-3
(Switchback Pause Timer when Transfer Call by SCF07 is unavailable) = 2 (256 milliseconds)].

To use Multi-Path Monitor Connection, assign the following system data.

STEP 1: ASYDL/ASYDN, INDEX 874, Bit 0 (Multi-Path Monitor Connection) = 1 (In service).

STEP 2: ARTI/ARTIN: MONITOR (ACD monitor link connection) = 1 (Multi Connection)

Note:

Assign the data only on the route to which outgoing trunk that uses Multi-Path Monitor Connection is reg-
istered. If an outgoing trunk unavailable for Multi-Path Monitor Connection is registered, an abnormality
such as a silence or one way speech will occur. Also, changing the MONITOR data does not require the
rebooting of MG or IP equipment.
