On the properties page, observe that the Nominal Distance is set to
the output value of the above Pin to Pin Distance, the To/- is
set to be the value that is 5% of the Nominal Distance.

Highlight Left Pin to Center Distance tolerance (left pane).

In the Properties pane, set the following Left Pin to Center Distance
tolerance parameters:

Input Datum — Left to Center.Pt-Pt Distance

With Tolerance — 5% Nominal
