D. If still green LED 11 is not glowing, MDIP 16 card might be

defective. Replace the card and check up.

9. If the Green LED 11 is glowing and corresponding Yellow LED is not

glowing, then also the MDIP 16 card is defective. Replace the card
and check up.

Note: This Error message will be generated only if alerter relay is provided and “VCD
Enable” Flag is set.
