Greasing in progress

When tip is clogged

4.

The grease gun (4) stops discharging the grease when the lever is released.

5.

Turn off only the remote switch (2) when the greasing is finished.

PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING GREASE PUMP

NOTICE
Release the remaining pressure from the hose by turning
off the remote switch (2) only, so that the internal pressure
does not apply to the grease gun (4) when the grease
pump is not used.

• Set the tip nozzle of the grease gun so that it is in perpen-

dicular with the grease fitting.

• Carefully remove the grease gun top nozzle from the

grease fitting by tilting it a little.

• The grease pump doe not discharge the grease when the

grease is running out. Gather the grease in to the center,
or add the new grease.

METHOD FOR ADDING GREASE

1.

Remove the bolts (B) (2 places) from the block (C).
Then, the grease pump lock plate (D), bolt (B), washer (E),
double nut (A), and spacer (F) can be removed as an as-
sembly.
