Returns a test standard.
• The conventional setting value “IEC:ED30A2:ED20A1” and “IEC:ED30A2:ED10”
can be used, but the IEC 61000-3-2 Ed5.0 standard is applied.
• The conventional setting value “JIS:2011:ED10” and “JIS:2011:ED20” can be
used, but the JIS C61000-3-2(2019) standard is applied.
HARM:CLAS
Sets the class of EUT.
The reference value for determining conformance to the standard is the limit value
corresponding to the class.

Executing this command simultaneously sets VF:FREQeuncy:NOMinal to the same
value.
