Sets the current range.

Value: 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 (The default is 20.)

When *RST or MEAS:<meter_fn>? is sent, settings are made as shown in Table 8-4.

Returns the current range value in the <NR3> format.
VOLT:RANG
Sets the voltage range.

CURR:RANG:AUTO
VOLT:RANG:AUTO
Enables or disables the auto range function for the current or voltage range.
Executing either CURR:RANG:AUTO or VOLT:RANG:AUTO to set a value
automatically sets the other command to the same value.
