Keysight N5990A MIPI M-PHY Receiver Test User Guide

Appendix

Remote Interface

The N5990A remote interface allows N5990A functionality (such as test

setup information, calibration and test procedures, and results) to be

accessed from external programming environments, for example

MS.NET/C#, VEE, LabView, TestExec SL, or TestStand. For more details,

refer to“

N5990A Remote Test Guide and Programing”

The remote interface can thus be used to control N5990A by external

software. In typical use, a top-level external test sequencer takes

advantage of N5990A functionality. If N5990A is to be used as a top level

test sequencer, the control of external software is achieved with N5990A

opt. 500, User Programming. Refer to “

N5990A Opt. 500 User

Programing”,

for details.
