Amplitude
It is the value of the differential voltage amplitude to be tested.
Offset
It is the value of the common mode voltage to be tested.
Min Passed Amplitude
It is the minimum differential voltage amplitude value, where the DUT has no errors.
Min Spec Amplitude
It is the minimum differential voltage amplitude value where the DUT must work according to the
specification.
Max Passed Amplitude
It is the maximum differential voltage amplitude value, where the DUT has no errors.
Max Spec Amplitude
It is the maximum differential voltage amplitude value, where the DUT must work according to the
specification.
Error Count
It is the number of errors observed by the DUT.
