Pipe/hose connection

: The CS is connected to the hydraulic system via ports A and B using a

pipe or hose. (see section 6.4.1)

Flanged connection:

The CS is screwed to a flange, mounting plate, manifold mount or control

block, with flow being effected through the unit via ports C and D on the underside.
Ports A and B are not used in this case and are closed off with a screw plug. (See section 6.4.2 )

Determine the system pressure of the hydraulic system and see whether it is within the permissible
range for the INLET port.

The maximum operating pressure may not exceed the pressure specified on
the Model code label at CS 1000.
