3. Perform frequency calibration of each analyzer as specified in step

2 of standard instrument procedure.

4. Connect

LO OUTPUT of source analyzer to RF INPUT of

analyzer under TEST and key in settings on source analyzer as
specified in step 12 of standard instrument procedure.
