Go to the external control terminal and
select the residue drain function; open the
ball valve to drain the tank content completely.
¾
Drain the external filling port in the front at the
access steps (optional)
¾
Empty the hand washing tank completely.
¾
Mix antifreeze agent and fresh water. Approxi-
mately 200 litres of mixed fluid are needed.
NOTE
Follow the specifications of the antifreeze agent
used to mix the desired concentration!
Use only approved anti-freeze agents!
¾
Draw the antifreeze mix through the suction
port (solution tank) into the tank.
¾
Remove the cap for suctioning and open the
tap. Suction the fluid into the tank via a hose
(3-inch connection). Start the engine for this
purpose and switch on the suction function
on the external control terminal.
¾
Fill the fresh water tank with approx. 100 litres
of antifreeze mix.
¾
Activate "NightLight" cleaning on the terminal
until antifreeze mix escapes (optional).
¾
Activate and operate the high pressure clean-
er until antifreeze mix escapes (optional).
¾
Switch on the fresh water sub-function in the
filling menu of the terminal. The antifreeze
mix in the fresh water tank is pumped into
the solution tank.
¾
Activate the induction hopper on the external
control terminal.
¾
Apply pressure each to the closed circuit
flushing, shock nozzle, canister flushing and
cleaning gun until antifreeze mix escapes.
¾
Set the pressure agitator on the terminal to
stage one, then stage two and finally stage
three.
¾
At this fluid level in the wash tank this function
deactivates itself after some time.
