11.2.3.6 Pre-cleaning the canister with
spraying mixture

1. Set the suction side to solution tank.
2. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
3. Switch on the induction hopper, the spraying
pump starts automatically.
4. Open the switch-over ball valve (e).
5.
Switch on canister flushing (a).
6. Put the canister or other containers over the
canister flushing facility and press down and
keep turning for at least 30 seconds.
7. Close the switch-over ball valve again.
8. Switch off the induction hopper.
NOTE
Water or chemical emerges from the canister
flushing nozzle when the pressure plate is
pressed down.
11.2.3.7 Pre-cleaning the canister with
fresh water
NOTE
Cleaning the canisters with flushing water dilutes
the spraying mixture concentration!
1. Set the suction side to fresh water.
2. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
3. Switch on the induction hopper, the spraying
pump starts automatically.
4. Open the switch-over ball valve (e).
5.
Switch on canister flushing (a).
6. Put the canister or other containers over the
canister flushing facility and press down and
keep turning for at least 30 seconds.
7. Close the ball valve again.
8. Switch off the induction hopper.
NOTE
Water or chemical emerges from the canister
flushing, when the pressure plate is pressed down.
Empty preparation containers

Thoroughly wash out empty preparation con-
tainers, make them unusable, collect then and
dispose of according to regulations. Do not
use for other purposes.

If only spraying mixture is available for clean-
ing the preparation containers, you should just
use this for preliminary cleaning.
Thoroughly clean when clear water is avail-
able, e.g. before preparing the next spraying
mixture container filling or when diluting the
residual quantity for the last spraying mixture
container filling.
