10.8 Fresh air filter
A fresh air filter with activated charcoal (1) is
installed in travel direction on the left hand side
in the upper outside area of the cabin. This fil -
ter protects the vehicle driver inside the cabin
against dust and suspended contaminants out-
side the cabin.

Open the covering (2) to clean, replace or exam-
ine the filter. After loosening the two screws take
the filter cell out of the housing. The activated-
carbon filter should be visually examined for
contamination before each travel operation.

NOTE
The filter can be cleaned several times by just
banging it against the palm of your hand.
Do not blow out with compressed air!
In case of inadequate maintenance the filter
will become extremely contaminated and must
be changed.
10.9 Cabin air circulation
filter
The cabin air circulation filter is located behind
the driver's seat under a covering.

Open the covering by turning the interlocking (1)
and take out the filter element (2).

NOTE
Bang the filter against the palm of your hand to
clean it, do not blow out with compressed air!
