4.7.4 Recommended Cables
4.7.5 Wire Crimps
There are no strictly prescribed wire crimps.
However, it is advised to fit crimps (bootlace ferrules) to
multi-strand
cable wires
.
NOTE: Wire crimps are to reinforce the fine wire strands
when terminating a cable into a connector block.
Wire crimps are not required to be fitted for solid-core cable wires.
