148 Climate control

Automatic climate control

• Set a temperature by rotating the

air temperature selectors (A)

or (G).

• Press

AUTO

(H).

AUTO

illuminates on the

information display.

Air distribution mode, fan speed,

air conditioning and recirculation

are controlled automatically.

Off

To switch the automatic climate

control system off:
• Press

OFF

(K).

Fan speed selector

• Rotate the fan speed selector

(D) clockwise to increase the fan

speed.

• Rotating the fan speed selector

(D) anticlockwise towards

cancels automatic climate control

and decreases the fan speed.

Temperature sensor

The temperature sensors (I)

responds to temperature levels

within the passenger compartment,

to regulate the temperature when in

AUTO

mode.

Rear window demister

• Press

(E) to switch the rear

window demister on or off.

Recirculation

• Press

(F) to recirculate

air within the passenger

compartment.

illuminates on the

information display.

• Press

(F) again to switch

recirculation off.

Outside air enters the passenger

compartment.

The outside air direction arrow

is displayed on the information

display.

Air Quality Sensor (AQS)

The AQS automatically switches

from outside air to recirculation,

to prevent exhaust gas from

outside, entering the passenger

compartment.
• Press (J) to switch the AQS

on or off.

The LED illuminates when AQS

is activated.

Note

Do not use AQS for an extended

period of time. The windows may

fog up.

Windscreen demister

• Press

(C).

A/C

and outside air are

automatically switched on.

• Adjust the fan speed selector (D).
• Switch the windscreen demister

off by pressing

MODE

(L) or

AUTO

(H).
