General information
Bluetooth
®
allows users with a
Bluetooth
®
enabled mobile phone to
make and receive hands-free calls
using the vehicle’s infotainment
system and controls.
The Bluetooth
®
enabled mobile
phone must be paired to the
vehicle’s infotainment system before
it can be used in the vehicle.
Not all phones will support all
functions. For more information visit:

are registered trademarks and are
owned by the Bluetooth SIG, Inc.
Warning
Do not use a mobile phone when
driving.
Make sure that Bluetooth
®
is
activated before driving. If not
stop at a safe place to use a
mobile phone.
Pairing a device
1. Press (I).
See Overview on page 90.
2. Press (B) below PAIRING.
Waiting for Pairing
is displayed
on the audio display screen.
3. Initiate pairing on the device.
4. Search for
CAR AUDIO
on the
device.
5. Enter the Pairing Key displayed
on the audio display screen, into
the device.
Connected
is displayed on the
audio display screen.
Bluetooth
®
connection
Auto connection
The audio system will attempt to
connect to the previous Bluetooth
®
device automatically when the audio
system is switched on.
The audio system will attempt to
connect to the Bluetooth
®
device
automatically.
If the device does not automatically
connect:
1. Ensure that the Bluetooth
®
device
is paired with the vehicle. See
Pairing a device on page 139.
If the device has previously been
paired with the vehicle:
2. Press (I).
3. Activate the CAR AUDIO
connection on the device.
Connected
is displayed on the
audio display screen.
