“Timer On” / “Timer Off”
“Timer On”
1.
When the system is powered but not operating (standby), it is possible to set the automatic start of the appliance,
by using IR remote control.
2.
Press “TIMER” button on remote control.

If the system is in standby, “Timer On” function will be selected (postponed automatic start).
Each time “TIMER” button is pressed, the programmed time interval for automatic start of air conditioner will be
increased by 1 hour, up to max. 24 hours.
On Indoor Unit’s frontal panel, “Timer” LED indicator will light up (of orange colour) and on 2-digits LED
Display on Indoor Unit, set time interval (in hours) for automatic start of system will be displayed. The same
time interval (in hours) will be displayed also on LCD Display on IR remote control.
If set interval is of 24 hours, a further press on “TIMER” button will cancel Timer setting, and all corresponding
indications both on Indoor Unit and on IR remote control will go out.

“Timer On” function operates according to a simple time meter, therefore it is not possible to carry out a real
time setting (start at ...h), but a setting according to a time interval.
As time passes by, the indication referred to the remaining time interval before the system’s start will be decreased
by 1 hour’s steps.
As soon as all set time interval has elapsed, the system will start according to operating parameters which were
selected when “Timer On” was set. At the same time, each indication referred to the setting itself will disappear
from Indoor Unit’s LED Display and from IR remote control’s LCD Display.

On these systems, it is not possible to programme the start followed by the stop or vice versa, therefore at
the end of time interval set by “Timer On” function, the system will keep on operating till the User stops it by IR
remote control.
“Timer Off”
1. When the system is ON, it is possible to programme the automatic stop of the appliance, by using IR remote
control.
2.
Press “TIMER” button on remote control.
3.
If the system is ON, “Timer Off” (postponed automatic stop) will be selected.
