State
There is no malfunction. At the end of
automatic defrosting procedure, the system
will restart in Heating mode normally.
System
OFF
Flashing
once/3sec.
“HOT KEEP”
function
1. There is no malfunction, this system’s
function precedes start of Indoor Unit’s fan
in Heating mode.
2. The intervention of this function will end
after Indoor Unit’s heat exchanger has
reached a temperature sufficient to avoid
supplying of cool air by Indoor Unit.
1. Measure resistance value [*] of
Tr
sensor.
If temperature is 25°C, this value must be of
about 5k
Ω
. Otherwise, replace
Tr
sensor.
2. Check if there is a short circuit or a break
on sensor’s wires, and if sensor’s connector
is properly connected to Indoor Unit’s PCB.
Correct eventual problems that are
observed.
3. If checks at previous items 1. and 2. do
not remove operating malfunction, sensor
circuit on Indoor Unit’s PCB is broken and it
is necessary to replace the PCB.

Malfunction of
Outdoor Unit
1. Measure resistance value [*] of
TP1
sensor. If temperature is 25°C, this value
must be of about 5k
Ω
. Otherwise, replace
TP1
sensor.
2. Check if there is a short circuit or a break
on sensor’s wires, and if sensor’s connector
is properly connected to Indoor Unit’s PCB.
Correct eventual problems that are
observed.
3. If checks at previous items 1. and 2. do
not remove operating malfunction, sensor
circuit on Indoor Unit’s PCB is broken and it
necessary to replace the PCB.
1. Measure the resistance of compressor’s
winding and the value of current which is
absorbed by compressor during operation.
2. Measure values of high pressure and low
pressure on refrigerant circuit, during
system’s operation.
3. Check if resistance [*] (measure it) of
TP1
sensor is normal. Check if connector of
TP1
sensor is properly connected to Indoor
Unit’s PCB.
Measure temperature on evaporator (Indoor
Unit) in Cooling mode and check if it
corresponds to temperature which is
detected by
TP1
sensor. Check if sensor is
well inserted in its slot on evaporator.
