Operation in “DRY” mode

In this mode, the aim is above all to reduce humidity rate inside the room. Within this operating logic, the
reduction in room temperature value represents an aim of minor importance, which in any case is reached within
the limits of settiongs that cannot be modified by the User (see below), but the air volume treated by Indoor Unit
results lower as regards operation in Cooling mode, for the reasons that are indicated at the following items.

Indoor Unit’s fan speed is set to “Low” speed, and cannot be modified by the User through IR remote control.

Temperature ( Ts ) is automatically set to 25°C, and this value cannot be modified by the User through IR
remote control.

The horizontal flap for air distribution is adjusted at a fixed position by control electronics, but this setting can
be modified by the User by IR remote control.

Dry mode foresees the intermittent rotation of indoor fan, as it is shown in below “Diagram 4: Operation in
Dry mode”.
At start in Dry mode, before intermittent operation starts, indoor fan rotates for 20 seconds, so as to allow the
survey of room temperature value ( Tr ).
