AC97 TAG Register (ATAGR)

ATAGR, a 32-bit Read/Write register, is used to write TX tag or read RX tag. Bits 18-13 are
reserved. The other bits are initialized to 0 at reset. ATAGR is not initialized in STANDBY mode.
