Warning
Risk of scalding!
Hot glass surfaces and/or heating bath fluids may result in scalding.
Allow all components to cool down before dismantling the device.
Risk of poisoning!
Leakage of hazardous substances and solvents at leak points can cause
hazardous substances to be released into the environment.
▪ Collect samples from the device in suitable containers.
▪ Before dismantling, ensure that no hazardous substances and
solvents adhere to the device components.
▪ If necessary, run a distillation process with harmless and solvent-free
samples before dismantling.
Risk of electric shock!
If the device is still connected to the power supply, you may come in
contact with electrically live parts when you dismantle the device.
Before dismantling the device, switch it off and disconnect the mains
plug from the socket. Do not reconnect the device to power under any
circumstances.
✓ The device is switched off.
✓ The heating bath is emptied and cleaned.
➜ Remove all tube and cable connections to cooling water, vacuum and other devices.
➜ Remove all glassware and remove the heating bath.
Motor lift version: Install the
transportation lock
✓ The device is switched off.
➜ Press and hold the lift stop on the flask
lift.
➜ Switch the device on and keep the lift
stop pressed until the device is fully
raised.
➜ Release the lift stop.
➜ Move the flask lift to the bottom
position.

✓ “Transportation lock activated” will appear in the control panel.
➜ Use the provided Allen key to attach the metal sheet of the transportation lock with
the 3 screws.
➜ Switch the device off.
➜ Disconnect the power cord from the socket and the device.
