You can assign two profiles to the quick-selection buttons (ramp symbol) on the start
screen. This allows you to load these profiles directly.
▪ If the quick-selection button have not yet been assigned to a ramp profile , you can
jump to page 2 by tapping on the symbol in order to load a favorite from the list.
▪ If a ramp profile has already been loaded, you can save the current parameters by
keeping the selected quick-selection button pressed.
5. Exporting the ramp profiles to a USB stick
It is possible to save the complete list of ramp profiles on a USB stick.
✓ You are in the ramp profile mode of the application “Extended”.
✓ The USB stick is inserted in the USB port.
➜ Swipe the screen from right to left to switch to the list of ramp profiles.
➜ Tap the “List to USB” symbol and confirm the prompt with OK.
✓ The list is saved.
6. Importing the ramp profile list
If you have saved a ramp profile list on a USB stick, you can import the list.
✓ You are in the ramp profile mode of the application “Extended”.
➜ Insert the USB stick with the ramp profile list into the USB port.
✓ A message pops up asking if you want to import the ramp profile list .
➜ Confirm the prompt.
✓ The ramp profiles are imported.
Using automatic mode DAA (Application “Extended“)
In automatic mode DAA, the vacuum is automatically controlled by the AUTOaccurate
sensor. Therefore, this mode can only be used with the optional AUTOaccurate sensor.
This mode offers the following advantages:
▪ Only low quantities of solvent are sucked in by the vacuum pump.
▪ The boiling point is detected automatically and followed up for mixtures.
▪ Mixture distillation is possible without manual adjustments.
▪ Knowledge of the thermodynamic substance data is not required.
▪ It is not necessary to preheat the heating bath: cold starting is possible.
The system controls the vacuum in such a way that the produced vapor quantity
regulates the temperature increase on the AUTOaccurate sensor. The temperature
increase refers to the starting temperature during the deactivated process. It is thus
necessary to have a constant temperature in the chiller prior to the start of the process.
The evaporator checks autonomously for constant temperature and informs you if
necessary.
