Cooling water connection
The external chiller Hei-CHILL is attached
to the RS-232 interface on the back side
of the control box. The cooling tempera-
ture is then displayed in the control panel
and can be adjusted there.

Warning:
Risk of explosion
A closed valve in the return line will build up high pressure in the glass
coils of condensers and may result in glass bursting.
The cooling coils of the condenser may be subjected to a maximum
cooling water pressure of 2 bar. To prevent a higher pressure from
ever occurring, no valve or throttle must be installed in the cooling
water return line.
Assembly parts:
▪ 2x tube nipple
(included in scope of delivery)
▪ 2x tube clamps
(included in scope of delivery)
▪ 2x tube clamps
▪ 1x tube, inside Ø 7-8 mm
(included in the optionally available tube
set)
Tube nipples
Cooling fluid inlet and outlet are located
on the back and bottom of the condenser.
➜ Remove the screw caps from the
cooling water inlet and outlet.
➜ Push the screw caps over the tube
nipples so that the black seal is located
inside the cap.
➜ Push the respective feed and outlet
hoses for the cooling water through
the screw cap over a tube nipple.
➜ Tighten the screw caps with the seal
first on one of the respective openings
of the condenser.
➜ Secure the tubes additionally with the
tube clamps included in the delivery.
✓ Cooling water feed and return line are
connected.
